I was in the Bahamas and my water maker membranes failed. After two weeks of trying to source them in Nassau and other outlying islands, Google led me to Yacht-Mate Products. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, the owner of the company personally took care of me. She made sure we got the full list of items to service my set up and she personally handed my package to an importer/exporter that works directly with Makers Air. I was able to get what I needed, correctly, at a fantastic price, and next day at Staniel Cay. I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service, knowledge, and kindness from Sandy and her team!

This is Captain Jack from the motor yacht SOL. I recently had the pleasure of working with YachtMate. The yacht is spending an extensive time in the Caribbean. As such I wanted to be sure that I had all the replacement parts, filters, etc. to ensure the proper operation of two water makers aboard the yacht. We were met at the door by a very lovable dog and pleasantly greeted by the staff of yachtmate. After explaining our situation, everything was handled perfectly. They made recommendations on what we needed knew the machines very well and even pulled in the technician to give me some advice on changing high-pressure oil in the makers. Overall experience was exceptional. And the staff making it even better. Thanks again
